Step Nine: Say “YES” to Opportunity It’s time to TAKE CHANCES! Just as important it is to create opportunities for yourself through the actions you take, likewise, it’s important to take opportunities as they present themselves to you. Think of it as saying yes to life. It’s not about blindly participating in any and everything for the sake of doing so, but rather about giving yourself the opportunity to experience new things, meet new people, and go new places. It’s about being open to receiving the things you want in your life; and this reception can just as easily be squelched by saying “no”, as it can be grown through you taking the leap to saying “yes”. Saying yes to opportunities is about being brave, it’s about going after what you truly want, it’s about fighting that urge to stay in your comfort zone and allowing yourself to live.
